Metrics By Project

Use this page while Viewing Reports in dspTrack™.

To access this page:

  1. Click Track > Reports in the Navigation pane.
  2. Click Metrics By Project.
Field Description
PROJECT NAME Displays the project name that contains the plan.
PLAN NAME Displays the plan name.
PLAN TOTAL DAYS Display the total number of days estimated to be worked in the plan according to the planned start date and planned finish date for all tasks in the plan.
PLAN TOTAL TASKS Displays the number of tasks in the plan.
PROJECT TOTAL DAYS Displays the number of days of work estimated for all tasks in the plan in the project according to the planned start date and planned finish date for all tasks in the plan.
PROJECT TOTAL TASKS Displays the number of tasks in the plan in the project.
PERCENTAGE OF PROJECT Displays the percentage of the total number of tasks in the plan compared to the total number of days per project. For example, a project has two plans: plan A and plan B. If Plan A lasts 8 days and Plan B 2 days, then plan A is 80% of project.
PLAN PLANNED HOURS Displays total number of estimated hours in the plan, according to the total of the duration and Unit of Measure (UOM) for all tasks in the plan.
PLAN ACTUAL HOURS Displays the total number of hours worked in the plan based on the number of hours between the actual start and actual finish date if the task status is Completed, or the number of hours between the actual start date and the current date if the task is not in a Completed status.
PERCENTAGE OF PLANNED Displayed the percentage of total actual hours worked compared to total hours estimated to be worked for the plan.
