User (Reports) H
Use this page to:
- Customize Report Settings
- Define Where Clauses
- Configure Workflow Schedules for User Reports
- Change Frequency of User Workflows
To access this page:
- Select dspMonitor > Configuration > User Reports/Filters in Navigation pane.
- Click Reports for User ID.
Field | Description |
GROUP ID | Displays name of report group. |
REPOSITORY | Displays name of database where report resides. |
REPORT | Displays name of report as it appears in the report repository. |
WHERE CLAUSE MANUAL | If enabled, a Where clause can be specified for the report to limit data displayed to the user. The Where clause overrides user filters. |
NOTIFY FOR EMPTY REPORTS | If enabled, user receives a workflow email when the report contains no records. Reports with no records are not emailed to the user by default. However, if the report is critical, user may want to be notified that there are no records in the report. |
WORKFLOW SCHEDULE ID | Displays schedule that indicates the frequency of workflow emails. |
STATUS | Displays the report status. |
PROCESS COMPLETED ON | Displays date and time when report completed running. |
RECORD COUNT | Displays number of records in report that was emailed. |
GROUP WORKFLOW SCHEDULE ID | Displays schedule when workflow emails are configured to be sent. |
GROUP SCHEDULE ID | Displays schedule that indicates the frequency the reports in the group are run. |

Filter Info
Where Clause
Displays filter applied to report for user to limit data displayed in report.
User Report Order By
Displays sort value of data to override the SQL Order By.
