Use this page to:
- Delete GUI Script Fields
- Copy a GUI Script Data Record.
- Configure Template Loops for a GUI Script Template
To access this page:
- Select Integrate >Categories on Navigation pane.
- Click the Templates icon for a category.
- Click Vertical View for a template based on a GUI script.
- Click Configuration tab.
- Click GUI Script Data.
Field | Description |
PRIORITY | Displays the order the field was captured in the GUI recording. |
FIELD NAME | Displays the SAP field name captured in the GUI recording. |
DESCRIPTION | Displays the SAP field descriptions captured in the GUI recording. |
IS FIELD | If enabled, the record represents a field in SAP and can be mapped to data in a process. |
LOOP NAME | Displays the loop name generated by Integrate for GUI scripts with loops. The Enable Loop check box must be enabled on the Configuration tab to allow loops to be set. |
LOOP PLUS | Click to add the field to a loop. The column is visible if the EnableLoop check box is enabled on the Configuration tab and the template is not active. |
LOOP MINUS | Click to remove the field from a loop. The column is visible if the EnableLoop check box is enabled on the Configuration tab and the template is not active. |
C | If enabled, the GUI script data record has a conditional assigned. |

Use this page to Modify a GUI Script with a Custom Command.
This page has the following tabs:
General tab
Field
Description
Copy
Click to copy the GUI script data record for the current template. Integrate adds the copy to the GUI Script data, with a priority of the original script data record priority +1.
Basic Details
Priority
Displays the order the field was captured in the GUI recording.
VB Script Line
Displays the line in the GUI script that extracts the data in the SAP field. If the Custom Command check box is enabled, this line can be modified. Integrate will then run this modified script during the posting process.
Is Field
If enabled, the record represents a field in SAP and can be mapped to data in a process.
Field Name
Displays the SAP field name captured in the GUI recording.
Loop Details only displays for GUI scripts that contain loops
Loop Name
Displays the loop name generated by Integrate for GUI scripts with loops. The Enable Loop check box must be enabled on the Configuration tab to allow loops to be set.
Loop Description
Displays the loop description. The field only displays when the EnableLoop check box is enabled on the Configuration tab.
Loop Index
Displays the level of the loop. If no loops have been added, the value is 0. The field only displays when the EnableLoop check box is enabled on the Configuration tab.
Advanced Settings
Custom Command
If enabled, the user can manually override the recorded GUI script by modifying the VB Script Line field. Integrate runs this VB script during the posting of the GUI script.
Conditionals
Click to open the GUI Script Conditionals page to add, edit or delete a data condition. Only one condition can be added for each record. If the condition is true, the resulting posting script includes the data from the process template field mappings associated with the field.
Recording tab
Field
Description
SAP Recording Details
Session ID
Displays the session ID of the GUI recording that captured the field in the GUI Data.
Component ID
Displays the SAP component ID of the field
Visible Row Count
Displays the number of rows visible in the table in SAP.
Commands
Click to open the GUI Script Commands page to view the commands captured during the GUI script recording.
