Schedule – Configure
Use this page to Create Schedules.
To access this page:
- Select Common > Tools > Schedules in Navigation pane.
- Click Vertical View.
- Click link for Recurrence ID.
The configuration of this page depends on the Recurrence ID:
- Minutes – Every ## minutes – Example: Every 30 minutes
- Hourly – Every ## hour(s) – Example: Every 2 hour(s)
- Daily – Every ## day(s) – Example: Every 2 day(s)
- Daily – Every weekday
- Weekly – Recur every ## week(s) on specific weekdays – Example: Recur every 3 week(s) on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
- Monthly – Fixed date – Example: Day 1 of every 3 month(s)
- Monthly – Variable date – Example: The third weekday of every 2 month(s)
- Yearly – Fixed date – Example: Every October 19
- Yearly – Variable date – Example: The third Sunday of March
Minutes – Every ## minutes – Example: Every 30 minutes

Next Run Time
Displays date and time when the schedule will run next.
Recurrence Interval
Interval
Displays the occurrence of schedule in minutes. Interval must be at least 10.
Hourly – Every ## hour(s) – Example: Every 2 hour(s)

Friday
If enabled, the schedule runs on Fridays.
Saturday
If enabled, the schedule runs on Saturdays.
