Report Quick List H
Use this page to Add a Report to the Report Quick List.
To access this page, select My Reports >Report Quick List in the Navigation pane.
NOTE: After a user clicks the Access Report icon, then clicks the View Report icon, the records for the selected report display. This page is also called Report Quick List, but the fields on this page update based on the errors on the target reports.
Field | Description |
Remove Selected From Quick List | Click to remove the selected report from the current user’s Report Quick List page. |
BUSINESS USER PRIORITY | Displays the priority in which the report will be run. |
REPORT TYPE | Displays the report type. |
OBJECT | Displays the name of the object which the report is assigned to. |
SOURCE | Displays the name of the source which the report is assigned to. |
TARGET | Displays the name of the target which the report is assigned to. |
REPORT NAME | Displays the name of the report. |
DESCRIPTION | Displays a brief description of the report. |
RECORD COUNT | Displays the number of records in the report. This includes the sensitive data whether the user is able to see the sensitive data or not. |
PUBLISHED | Displays the date and time that the report was last published. |
GENERATED | Displays the date and time the report was generated. |
Access Report | Click to give the current user access to the report. Once clicked, the Download a file icon and View Report icon are enabled. |
Download a file | Click to download the report. This icon is dimmed if the user does not have the access rights to view the report. Once clicked, the user will have the option to open the file or choose a location to save the file. |
View Report | Click to view the report contents. This icon is dimmed if the user does not have the access rights to view the report. |
History | Click to display the Report Run Historical Record Count, a graphical representation of the record count history of the report. The x-axis represents the Run ID and the y-axis represents the number of records found during a run. |

Use this page to view your Report Access Level.
Field
Description
Implication
Displays an explanation of what the report means to the business.
Recommendation
Displays notes regarding recommendations for fixing the errors (if any) returned by the report.
Access
Sensitive
Displays a locked icon if the report contains sensitive data. An Administrator configures this setting per report.
All Access
Displays a key icon if the user has access to all of the sensitive data on a report.
