Create Task Groups

A task group is a collection of tasks that are run in a specified order. When the Automation Engine is run, it is run for a Task Group. Common is delivered with a set of task groups that may be used; additional task groups can be created to fit the customer’s needs.

To create a task group:

  1. Select Automation Engine > Automation Instruction Task Groups in Navigation pane.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Enter the name of task group in NAME field.

  4. Enter a brief description of task group in DESCRIPTION field.

  5. Click Save.
